Welcome to SpringsFresh! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of SpringsFresh's Website, located at springsfresh.ae.

1. Minimum Order & Delivery Fees

The minimum order amount for delivery is د.إ 40. Orders below د.إ 100 are subject to a flat delivery charge of د.إ 10. Orders of د.إ 100 and above qualify for free delivery.

2. Freshness Guarantee & Deliveries

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, customers are requested to verify the quality of the produce upon delivery. If any item is found unsatisfactory, it may be returned to the driver immediately for a refund.

3. Payments & Driver POS

We support Cash on Delivery and Card on Delivery. Drivers carry terminal machines allowing you to pay using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
